Together with LindungiHutan and related partners, DBS Bank Indonesia planted 1,000 trees in Duta Harapan Lake. As well as 650 trees in the Patriot City Forest. 

The volunteer activity started with a series of planting 1,000 trees at Duta Harapan Lake on Thursday, November 28, 2019, by employees of the Technology and Operations Division led by Boon Khee Lim, Managing Director Technology & Operations DBS Bank Indonesia. In addition, 100 employees from the Consumer Banking Group Division who are members of the People of Purpose, also participated in cleaning the beach and planting. That is about 365 mangrove trees on Harapan Island, Kepulauan Seribu on Monday, 02 December 2019.

Not only planting and cleaning up trash, DBS Indonesia also invites media partners to participate in activities that hone creativity, such as making clay pots that will be used for farming activities, planting pots and planting ornamental plants, activities to improve forest infrastructure in Bekasi such as building trash can installations, gardening, and coloring sidewalk divider.
